All my life I have been given opportunities to learn at the feet of talented men and women who saw promise in me and mentored me in my craft. I would not pretend to tell students they could get by without an education, even though I myself have no formal training in the arts (I have a BA in Philosophy!)

I have been given this talent and years of experience for others, not myself. I don’t have visions of playing golf in Florida in some retirement community… I want to keep passing on what I’ve been given for the next 25 years or more.
